Plan and package validity
- You can use the plans every month until you deactivate them.
- In the first month, the monthly fee will be proportional to the days in the month in which the plan is active, and you get the full amount of data included in the plan
For example, if you get the Mobile Surf Premium Plan for the first time and activate it on the 15th day of the given month, you’ll get the full amount of data traffic (10GB) while paying only half of the monthly fee, i.e. 399.5 denars incl. VAT.
- Starting on the 1st of the following month, the full monthly fee will be charged.
- You can’t get on a Mobile Surf plan if you’re already on a plan that includes data traffic in the monthly fee and you can’t get on more than one Mobile Surf plan at the same time.

The Daily Mobile Surf package is valid for 24 hours from the moment of activation.
Deactivating the plans
If you want to deactivate the Mobile Surf plan, call the toll-free number 140 140. The package will be deactivated at the end of the month, regardless of the day the deactivation request was sent, and you’ll get the full amount of data traffic for the current month.
Starting from the 1st of the following month, surfing will be charged the regular price for mobile internet in accordance with your plan.
