In order to have this benefit granted within Loyalty 24, you only need to use the selected Mobile Surf package for as long as the Contract is valid, that is for 24 months.
Furthermore, to have full control over the usability of the internet from your package, you can check at any time the status by sending a free SMS to 140 140 containing the key word Internet.
After using up the whole of the internet from the bundle, you will also receive an informative SMS.

- The offer is available for the customers subscribed at Relax, Relax Family, Business and Team Business.
- When activating the selected Mobile Surf package, you will obtain during the first month of usage the full amount of internet, regardless of the day of the month when you activated the package (e.g. if you activated the Mobile Surf Comfort on the 20th day of the month with your Loyalty 24 contract, you will get 3 GB internet by only paying monthly subscription fee for about 10 days).
- If you do not use up the whole internet amount in the ongoing month, the remaining part will not be transferred to the following month.
- The price of the Mobile Surf package shall be paid in addition to the monthly subscription fee from the tariff model you use.
